The pattern appears to be executed with needlework knots, although it may have been tufted. The maker of this bedspread is unknown. On the verso of the photograph is written, "Blue Bell, All Prices 66"-68 $25.00 each, 72"-76" $25.00 to 28.00 each All these have pillow runners with spreads.
