Description
This questionnaire was distributed by the Southern Highland Handicraft Guild in fall of 1943 as a way to gather data about craft production centers in the region. The Guild was beginning to look for way to assist with the development of hand craft businesses as well as connect with the rehabilitation of veterans returning from World War II. The John C. Campbell Folk School is anxious to balance the needs of veterans with the needs of the rural community.
