Description

Although the title of this 84-page book includes the phrase, “Great Smoky Mountains National Park,” the book was actually published well before the park was a reality. Filled with photographs of striking landscapes, waterfalls, trails, and streams, no doubt, the book was intended to help promote the idea of a park in the Smokies. Created by the Great Smoky Mountains Conservation Association, the book also includes prominent buildings in towns surrounding the park.
