Soldiers at front entrance of "U.S.A. General Hospital No. 12, Biltmore, N.C." Photo (most likely) taken during the end of the First World War. Hotel and convelescent hospital during WWI and WWII for the United States Navy. Currently, the Kenilworth is used as a private psychiatric hospital.
