This 4-page synopsis describes a meeting held in Washington DC in April 1900. The meeting opened with a statement by Jeter Connelly Pritchard (1857-1921), North Carolina Republican Senator and supporter of the efforts of the Appalachian National Park Association. The meeting continued with a reading of the Memorial drafted by the association and presented to Congress.
