Description

In this letter of February 22, 1858, James W. Terrell writes to the Honorable Howell Cobb informing him that he has not received the $4,000 payment and the draft documents. Mr. Terrell explains he received Cobb’s letter with statements of Cherokee names and the designated payments for each. He will issue the funds once the drafts have been received.
