Kephart writes as President of the National Genealogical Society asking Kephart if he could have permission to read his article “Pennsylvania’s Part in the Winning of the West” at a meeting. He congratulates Kephart on the success of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and he hopes they will meet in person soon.
