In a letter to Horatio W. Bishop on November 27, 1918, Horace Kephart responds to Bishop’s letter of November 25, 1918. Kephart apologizes for not informing him of the delay in publishing an article in “Field and Stream” magazine about his camping outfit. He assures Bishop that Mr. Watson will publish the article. Kephart also compliments his sleeping bag, addresses the limitations of its head opening, and sends him outlines of the twelve-ounce tomahawk.
