Delighted by Kephart’s interest and expertise, they offer to send Kephart 1,000 cartridges for the 22 N. R. A. rifle to test at no cost. The United States Cartridge Company wishes to know Kephart’s results and regrets they cannot provide special ballistics for the .22 rifle series. However, they enclose a circular containing N. R. A. cartridges ballistic information.
