In a letter to Horace Kephart on January 17, 1922, Calvin I. Kephart thanks him for translating a letter from Herr Gebhardt, and includes one from Mannheim for him to translate. He gives his take on the missing New York clubman, B. L. Harsell, he writes about Capeharts, and expresses an interest to know the landscape of the region their ancestors inhabited in Europe.
