Description

In a letter to Horace Kephart on December 19, 1924, Representative Zebulon Weaver sends Kephart a bill he introduced to Congress for the Great Smoky Mountain national park proposal. Congressman Weaver asks Kephart for the area’s topographical and botanical information to better promote the idea of a national park in the Great Smoky Mountains. A four-page bill accompanies the letter.
