Description
In a letter to the North Carolina Folk-Lore Society, Frank C. Brown announces the society’s annual meeting to members and friends. The meeting will be held in Raleigh on December 3, 1926 at the Hotel Sir Walter. Mr. Brown provides a list of program highlights, including the presidential address, music selections, and paper presentations. Frank Clyde Brown taught as an English professor at Trinity College (now Duke University). He formed the North Carolina Folklore Society in 1913 and served as Secretary-Treasurer until 1943.
