In this letter of June 17, 1898, Adolph Sivenson writes Horace Kephart that he read about Kephart’s Sharpshooter organization in the publication "Shooting and Fishing." He describes his physical characteristics and hunting experience. Sivenson states that he has a Winchester Model-95 repeater 30 and knows a little of the McLeary drill.
