In this letter of December 18, 1949, Margaret Kephart writes her brother Leonard Kephart (1892-1988) to give him an update on their mother’s condition and let him know of everyone’s travel plans. She sends him the report from the doctor and a telegram from Virginia Moore with her travel plans. She is relieving Barbara from night duty and caring for their mother until December 26th. She will send Leonard the daily doctor’s report to him as long as necessary.
