Revised 1958. "Boundry lines traced from originals drawn by Leon Picklesimer, 1956. Timber types, creeks, roads and ridge tops taken from S.C.S. aerial photos 1953 flight." Cadastral map shows land owned by Mead Corporation in Jackson County, NC., also displays hand-colored 'inside holdings' with names of the land owners and right-of-way land along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The land owned by the Mead Corporation is now part of the Nantahala National Forest. Copy imperfect. Use-worn, torn, stained, with small tears. Blueline, color.
