He discusses the importance of mentorship, treating employees well, and balancing work with the rest of your life. This interview was conducted to supplement the traveling Smithsonian Institution exhibit “The Way We Worked,” which was hosted by WCU’s Mountain Heritage Center during fall 2018 semester.
