Description
Dukes-Zurburg House at 30 Cumberland Avenue built in the late 1890's by Thomas C.H. Dukes, whose earlier home on the same lot faced Short Street. Home later owned by William H. Zurburg from Germany. The house is a two story Queen Anne style with high-pitched roof. View of house partially blocked by trees.
