Description

Five people sit on the porch of Widow Owenby's cabin, where Biltmore Forest School students boarded in summer. Recent improvements to the building include new stairs, a new shed, coat pegs, and a hammock. "Widow Owenby" may be referring to Mrs. Jerusha Owenby, a woman who lived in Pink Beds since at least 1897.
