Description

A group portrait of Biltmore Forest School students and Dr. Schenck drinking and celebrating Sangerfest inside one of the school's buildings in Pink Beds in 1909. The figures in the front row are identified as Jerry Sullivan, Peterson, Dr. Schenck, Ted Jones, Bill Armstrong, Bill Euchner, and Carroll Dunning. The two ladies at the top left of the group were guests of Dr. Schenck and are identified as Miss Merck and a friend. The figure in the center of the group wearing a tie is George Merck.
