A view from the Biltmore Forest School's commissary of Hiram King's horse barn (left) and the students' quarters (right). Written by John Mylrea: "1906 I kept my horse in this barn and we played baseball occasionally in this pasture. 1957 I saw picture of this same area and later drove up there. All buildings gone, no trace of our shacks."
