The McDowell family from Canton starts the show playing “Rock Andy.” On Creative Corner, Doreyl welcomes author Gail Nolen of Barker’s Creek to discuss her children’s book, Johnny, My Favorite Mouse. Then, we host the youthful winners of the Jackson County Historic Preservation Commission Poster Contest, along with Commission Chair Cherrie Moses. Ginny McAfee from Black Mountain closes out the show with “The Garden.”
