A group of Biltmore Forest School students pose outside the schoolhouse in Pink Beds. Carl Alwin Schenck is standing third from left. Standing second from left is John Foley, who was with the United States Forest Service and taught at the Biltmore Forest School. He later became Chief Forester of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
