Description

Drag queen Vivica DuPree is working the crowd during a performance on the Bridge Park stage in downtown Sylva, North Carolina. She is participating in the drag show that took place during the day long Sylva Pride Festival. Sylva Pride was founded in 2021 and hosted its second annual Pride Festival September 10, 2022. Along with the drag show, the festival included a Pride Parade, live music, T-shirt printing, a Listening Booth, and many local vendors. Sylva Pride is dedicated to celebrating and uplifting the experiences of our LGBTQ community throughout western North Carolina.
