In this letter of November 4, 1938, Laura Kephart writes her son Leonard and encloses Cornelia’s letter of October 31. She offers up some solutions for Buddy’s schooling, including having him stay with her. She says she hopes that Buddy will take the Smalls up on their offer to visit while he is in school in Cleveland. She says that Hugh W. Cardon wanted a copy of Horace Kephart’s “The Failure of the Smoky Moir.” She had never heard of it, so she wrote to I. K. Stearns.
