Description
Brasstown Carver Hal McClure with a table of his woodcarvings. Hal McClure (1950-2012) picked up carving as a child from his mother Sue McClure. Hal began carving professionally in the late 1970s and soon began teaching classes and demonstrating at craft fairs. Hal was part of the Southern Highland Craft Guild and made his living through carving and teaching.
