Reynolds Dormitory, named for former Western President Alonzo C. Reynolds, was completed in 1952 and houses 280 students.

Completed in 1962, Albright and Benton Residence Halls are named for Anne P. Albright, Dean of Women, and Alice A. Benton, a professor at Western for 37 years. Each residence hall houses 200 students and they are joined by a common lobby.

Memorial Stadium was dedicated in 1949 and was used until the construction of Whitmire Stadium. The last game at Memorial Stadium was played November 13, 1973 when WCU defeated Caron-Newman 23-3.
