This photograph shows Park Fisher, Bob Scroggs, and Hollis Penland carving wood outside of the woodshop on the campus of the John C. Campbell Folk School in the 1930s. The woodshop was located in the Mill House. Fisher was the head of the woodshop and the woodcarving cooperative; Scroggs and Penland were his assistants.
