Description
This handwoven blanket made of linen and wool is butter color with two panels and a seam down the middle of the blanket. Although the maker of this blanket is unknown, it was probably made in the mid to late 1800s and is typical of the linsey-woolsey blankets commonly made and used throughout Appalachian households during that time period.
