This is an invitation to the 1935 community log raising for the Edward F. Worst Craft House on the campus of Penland School of Handicrafts (now Penland School of Crafts). The block print was carved and the invitation printed by Burnley Weaver, The Gollifox Press, Biltmore, North Carolina. The invitation was meant to be folded in quarters and sent as a self mailer.
