Bob Burch, Bess Avery, Carlos C. Campbell, Bill McCammon, Bob McGinn (legs only), Buffatt, Willa Love Galyon, Jimmy Hyatt Jr., Shulley, Prof. S.H. Essary. Photo by Dutch Roth." The picture is in the collection of the Smoky Mountains Hiking Club, an organization that formed after a group of outdoor enthusiasts hiked up to Mount LeConte in October 1924. Albert Gordon "Dutch" Roth (1890-1974) was an avid photographer and one of the founders of the hiking club.
