Description

In this letter of July 16, 1880, Special Agent J. A. Sibbald writes to Captain James W. Terrell requesting the names of “Willgeeske’s” heirs and Littlejohn’s family members, as they are entitled to a tract of land. Mr. Sibbald inquires whether Terrell or Dr. Hilliard will conduct the land survey. He sends power of attorney documents to be signed and sealed by the Clerk of Superior Court.
