In a letter to Horace Kephart on October 6, 1919, Clyde H. Teesdale responds to Kephart’s letter originally sent to Dr. Henry S. Graves, Chief of Forest Service in Washington D. C. Mr. Teesdale encloses a selected list of manufacturers who submitted waterproof panels to the Forest Products Laboratory for testing during World War I. He expresses uncertainty of these manufacturers using casein glue.
