Amy begins the show describing the "gold" of the mountains. Doreyl joins Peggy Dawson in the garden once again to talk about growing and eating autumn vegetables. Amy’s guest, Brant Barnes from Dillsboro, shares some fascinating Crisp, Gunner, and Rice family history in Graham County as well as Barnes family history in Jackson County. Brant’s wife, Karen "Sugar" Barnes, Dave Magill, and Ron Smith end the show with "First Impressions."
