The background music is “Let It Be” played on guitar. Doreyl’s guest on Creative Corner is Linda Buchanan, Cashiers Senior Center Manager. She talks about the programs that are offered at the Center. The interview is followed by “God on the Mountain” by Children of Zion. On Stories of Mountain Folk, Amy once again welcomes Barbara Sears McRae from Franklin. She continues her account of how the Little Tennessee River Greenway was established. Barbara also talks about some of the individuals involved and the naming of many of the features on the Greenway. “North Wind” by the Cherokee National Youth Choir follows the segment. On Stories of the Cherokee, Shawn Crowe’s guest is once more Laura Hill Pinnix, Cultural and Language teacher at Cherokee High School. They continue their discussion of the new app “Shiyo Level 1” that aids in understanding the Cherokee language. Laura emphasizes the importance of preserving the language for future generations. Flute music provided by Matthew Tooni. Judy’s guest on Down Another Road is Dorris Dills Beck from Cullowhee. Dorris shares some memories of her mother as well as some history of Dillsboro. “Just One More Day” by Keith Shuler follows the interview. The show closes with “The Entertainer” by Ron Smith.
