Amy begins the show with her story “Wise Old Sayings,” which recounts several sayings she heard as a child. “The Old Guitar” accompanies the story. On Creative Corner, Doreyl continues her talk with Joyce Jenkins, who talks about her family’s experiences in Graham County and the importance of continuing traditional culture and ways of life. “I Feel Like Traveling On” by The Cockman Family follows the interview. On Stories of Mountain Folk, Amy hosts Junetta Pell and Cheryl Beck in an interview celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Jackson County Extension Office. The two of them talk about their time working for the Jackson County Extension Office and changes they have seen. The interview is followed by “Dancing on the Mountain” by the Foxfire Boys. Next, an interview with Heather Gordon, the Director of Youth Development for Jackson County 4-H, from March 2, 2013, is rebroadcast. She talks about the history of 4-H and the organization’s current activities in the community. “Whatever Happened to the Yodeling Cowgirls” by the Butterpats follows the interview. On Down Another Road, an interview from September 21, 2013, with Joseph Bly is rebroadcast. He tells a story about a memorable trip he and his late wife took to Mt. Pisgah. The interview is followed by “Me and My Shadow” by Jimmy Wakely, and the show ends with “Arkansas Traveler” by Vance Trull.
