Amy begins with “More Wise Old Sayings,” which continues her recollections of sayings she heard while growing up in the mountains. The story is accompanied by “The Offering.” Doreyl’s guest on Creative Corner is Judy Carpenter of Stecoah. She talks about the history and culture of Swain and Graham Counties and recounts what it was like growing up in Stecoah, experiencing traditional culture in Graham County. The interview is followed by “The Music of the Mountains” by Mountain Faith.
